Using the LEGO® Serious Play® method, you'll identify your leadership strengths, values, and the application of those strengths. Together with a group of like-minded emerging leaders, you'll consider the case study of a leader you admire, and the strengths they used to affect change. You'll leave with a better understanding of your leadership journey, and a connection with emerging leaders like yourself. We'll use the knowledge in the room, and the insights you gain, to help you plot your next steps as a leader.
In this workshop, you'll:
