What:

Gain a broad understanding of fundraising areas, their interactions, and how a fundraising team grows effectively.

Using the power of the LEGO® Serious Play® method, you'll literally build a Not For Profit from the ground up, together with other like-minded leaders. You'll add functions, confront challenges, and deepen your knowledge of effective fundraising practice.

We'll harness the voices, knowledge, and experience of participants, and you'll leave confident that you already have a number of the tools you need. These tools, augmented with technical knowledge and frameworks will aid you on your way to fundraising success.

Meet Your Facilitator

I'm Ian. I help emerging leaders build the frameworks they need to thrive. I've been facilitating workshops for emerging leaders for over two decades, with a particular focus on leadership development, strategy, and purpose.

I've worked in fundraising teams across universities, health, and not for profits. I've seen how hard it is to get started in fundraising, and experienced The Deep End that comes with fundraising in the most visceral ways.

I'll be joined in facilitating this program by emerging leaders I've fundraised with. They also know the challenge of starting in fundraising, and we'll help you build the confidence to take your next steps, wherever you're starting from.
