I help emerging leaders build the frameworks they need to thrive.
I do this by facilitating innovative sessions that engage staff, emerging leaders, and executive groups, primarily through the LEGO® Serious Play® Method.
I've led hundreds of workshops and events during two decades working in tertiary, professional, & not-for-profit organisations.

Program Coordinator - Leadership/Fundraising

2018 — 2025
Fundraising: I ran student-led fundraising at the university from 2018—2022, including organising Australia's largest peer-to-peer university fundraiser, in support of Humanitarian Scholarships
Student Leadership: From 2022, I coordinated Student Leadership Programs, including curated programs for undergraduate students, online modules, and Monash's annual Student Leadership Summit, which more than doubled in size during my time bringing things together.
Campaign Manager & Youth Advocacy Coordinator
World Vision Australia
2012 — 2015
Fundraising & Event Coordination: From 2014—2015, I took on the 40 Hour Famine, Australia's largest youth fundraiser, fighting to end global hunger. After running the campaign and the Equip 2014 conference, I led the youth ambassador and nationwide youth conferences in 2015.
Youth Advocacy Coordination: From 2012—2014, I mentored and empowered youth advocates in campaigning for maternal & child health, responsible overseas aid budgets, and child labour prevention.
